Republic Pale-

American Pale Ale

We proudly present our flagship West Coast Pale Ale. It’s a familiar and easy- drinking pint! The Republic Pale starts off with a well-rounded malty base, is balanced by pine, floral and spicy notes imparted by the hops, and finishes crisp and dry. It's hard to beat these home-grown Yakima valley hops. Our brewers’ favorite...and soon to become one of yours too.

For the nerds: OG: 1053 FG: 1010 ABV: 5.8% IBU: 50 Color: golden pale

Mash: A blend of Pale, Munich, and Crystal barley malts Hops: Cascade, Nugget Fermented with American Ale yeast. 

 

BRush Fit Brown-

English Brown Ale
*Light to Medium bodied

Tasting Notes:
(Malt forward, slightly sweet, roasty and smooth)

Treat yourself to an English holiday without leaving the Pacific Northwest with a pint of this delicious old-timey Brown Ale. Roasted and caramelized malts offer flavourful hints of toffee, chocolate, nutty, biscuity goodness! Each sip is tied together by subtle tangy orange marmalade hoppy notes and a smooth finish.

Mash: Pale, aromatic, CaraMunic and chocolate malts Hops: Northern Brewer, East Kent Goldings Fermented with American Ale yeast. 

 

Big Mischief Porter-

Robust Porter
*Full Bodied, Meal in a Glass, heavy

Tasting Notes:
(Dark, Roasted, Dry, fruity tartness with rich coffee and deep cocoa notes )

The fruity ale esters, slight malty sweetness, earthy hops, and sharp grain bitterness round out the full bodied depth of this delicious robust porter!

Rusty Bucket Amber-

American Amber Ale
*Medium Bodied easy to drink

Tasting Notes:
(Fine balance of roasted and caramel malts and fruity hop bitterness)

The Rusty Bucket combines a slightly roasted malty base with a gentle balanced hop for a smooth drinking beer from start to finish.

Bavarian Weizen (ON Tap Now)-

Traditional German Hefeweizen. A wheat beer based on traditional Bavarian recipes, including yeast from the oldest brewery in the world, Weihenstephan. Smooth and a bit fruity. 

 

Irish Eyes Stout-

Classic Dry Stout
*Dark, yet light and very drinkable

Tasting Notes:
(Roasted coffee, dark chocolate, creamy smooth)

This classic dry stout is like drinking an iced coffee with dark chocolate and cream. Its bold yet incredibly drinkable at only 4% abv. The rich roasted barley malts give this stout its bold character, while the flaked barley smooth it out with a delectable creamy mouthfeel.

Krohnies Bliss Kölsch-

Kölsch
*Light smooth and refreshing

(Clean, smooth drinking, well rounded)

For those of you accustomed to American light-lagers, heres a tasty upgrade. A clean, grainy, light-bodied golden ale with a delicate white head. Originally brewed in Cologne (Koln), Germany. Gulp it down for refreshment, savour its subtle fruitiness, soft malty flavours and smooth mouthfeel.

For the nerds: OG: 1.047 FG: 1.008 ABV: 5.0 % IBU: 25 Color: light straw to blond

Mash: Pilsner Malt Hops: Northern Brewer, Tettnanger Fermented with American Ale Yeast 

 

LONE PINE PILSNER-

German Style Pilsner
*Light crisp and refreshing

(Grainy, biscuit, faint bitter)

The Lone Pine Pilsner uniquely stands apart with a slightly sweet and fruity aroma carried by a consistent malty base. Easy to drink, but keeps you wanting more with an interesting spicy bitterness that seems to follow behind each refreshing sip.

Ordinary Bitter

Tasting Notes:
(Light, biscuity, smooth)

Bobs your uncle offers an incredibly smooth presentation to the pallet with a light biscuity malty core surrounded by delicate hints of sweet floral and herbal notes.

Irish Red
*Medium Bodied

Tasting Notes:
(Malt forward, light toffee and caramel malt sweetness, medium hop)

Falligans Red is a malt forward medium bodied brew with a sharp edge. Sweet floral and herbal notes imparted by the hops are faint in the background as crystal and chocolate malts offer caramel, toffee, and toasty malty sweetness, balanced out by the sharp spiciness of rye malts and medium hop bitterness.

For the nerds: OG: 1.049 FG: 1.010 ABV: 5.1% IBU: 32 Color: medium amber with dark red undertones

Golden Lily Lager-Marzen-

German for March beer, which was then lagered in cold cellars until the famed Oktoberfest. You'll love this authentic malty flavor, reminiscent of marshmallow and caramel candies with hints of vanilla and spice, balanced by flowery hops. Tea-like tannins and a subtle mineral water essence
in the mouthfeel. Pleasant and surprisingly strong with a clean bittersweet aftertaste. 

 

Wildfire (ON Tap Now)-

Smoky Amber (Rauchbier)
*Medium to full bodied

Tasting Notes:
(Smoky, malty, slightly sweet, toasty)

The Wildfire is a german style Rauchbier. Traditionally Rauchbiers were made from malted barley smoked over open flame. Smoked barley malt stands out as a very distinct flavor and pairs well with the toasted malty sweetness of this high gravity amber.

OG: 1.065 FG: 1.012 ABV: 6.8% IBU: 24 Color: Deep amber with dark copper tones

SNOWFALL-

Winter Warmer
*Full Bodied, Dark, complex

Tasting Notes:
(Raisin/ fig, sweet, caramel maltyness, roasted, creamy smooth)

The Snowfall has an exciting malt variety which gives it much of its very unique character in flavor and aroma. Toasted raisin and fig fruitiness combine with the subdued grainy sweetness of crystal rye, and roasted barley bitterness. Golden naked crystal oat malt add depth and complexity for a full bodied creamy smooth mouthfeel. At 7.5% abv this winter warmer is sure to keep you cozy on a cold snowy winters day.

WidowMaker IPA-

Indian Pale Ale
*Full bodied, incredibly drinkable

Tasting Notes:
(Mango tropical fruit, lemony citrus, pine, caramel malty sweetness)

The Widowmaker IPA achieves a fine balance between tropical citrusy hop flavor and aroma, hints of pine, and moderate bitter to carry you through the caramel malty sweetness.

Kettle River Drifter-

Blond Ale
*Light

The Kettle River Drifter is definitely your go-to summer blond ale. Its light, refreshing and crisp on a hot summers day.

Flying Cloud Tripel-

Belgian Tripel
*Full Bodied

Tasting Notes:
(Bright, flavorful throughout, tropical fruit, banana, sweet)

The Flying Could Tripel is a Belgian Style Tripel that gets almost all its character from a Trappist Style yeast. Tropical fruity-ester flavors of papaya, guava, and banana burst through and carry the flavor profile strong and steady throughout. Hints of herbal spicyness imparted by the hops and a solid malty base add complexity to the bold fruity estery sweetness.
