American Pale Ale
Well rounded easy drinking “go-to-beer”

Tasting Notes: Crisp, Clean, Earthy, Flavorful

We proudly present our flagship West Coast Pale Ale. A familiar and easy- drinking pint, the Republic Pale starts off with a well-rounded malty base, is balanced by pine, floral and spicy notes imparted by Yakima Valley’s Cascade hops, finishing crisp and dry.

Pine A Pale

Northwest Pale Ale with Bru1 hops

Tasting Notes:

A pale ale dry-hopped with Bru1 hops, this ale presents citrus notes in a light and refreshing way with a pineapple forward taste.

Endlesss Love IPa

Indian Pale Ale
Full bodied, incredibly drinkable

Tasting Notes: Mango tropical fruit, lemony citrus, pine, caramel malty sweetness

During the brewing process, Endless Love IPA was dry hopped with 11 pounds of Amarillo hops and 11 pounds of Centennial hops. That results in 3.14 lbs of hops per barrel as compared to the 2.14 lbs of hops per barrel in our favorite Widow Maker IPA. The Endless Love IPA achieves a fine balance between tropical citrusy hop flavor and aroma, hints of pine, and moderate bitter to carry you through the caramel malty sweetness.

BRush Fit Brown

English Brown Ale
Light to Medium bodied

Tasting Notes: Malt forward, slightly sweet, roasty and smooth

Treat yourself to an English holiday without leaving the Pacific Northwest with a pint of this delicious Brown Ale. Roasted and caramelized malts offer flavorful hints of toffee, chocolate, nutty, biscuity goodness. Each sip is tied together by subtle tangy orange marmalade with hoppy notes and a smooth finish.

Home Alone RBC ESB

Pacific Northwest Twist on Extra Special Bitter

Wildfire

Smoky Amber (Rauchbier)
Medium to full bodied

Tasting Notes: Smoky, malty, slightly sweet, toasty

The Wildfire is a German style Rauchbier. Traditionally Rauchbiers were made from malted barley smoked over open flame. Smoked barley malt stands out as a very distinct flavor and pairs well with the toasted malty sweetness of this high gravity amber.

Rusty Bucket Amber-

For those of you accustomed to American light-lagers, heres a tasty upgrade. A clean, grainy, light-bodied golden ale with a delicate white head. Originally brewed in Cologne (Koln), Germany. Gulp it down for refreshment, savour its subtle fruitiness, soft malty flavours and smooth mouthfeel.

Irish Red
*Medium Bodied

Falligans Red is a malt forward medium bodied brew with a sharp edge. Sweet floral and herbal notes imparted by the hops are faint in the background as crystal and chocolate malts offer caramel, toffee, and toasty malty sweetness, balanced out by the sharp spiciness of rye malts and medium hop bitterness.

 Golden Lily Lager-Marzen

German for March beer, which was then lagered in cold cellars until the famed Oktoberfest. You'll love this authentic malty flavor, reminiscent of marshmallow and caramel candies with hints of vanilla and spice, balanced by flowery hops. Tea-like tannins and a subtle mineral water essence
in the mouthfeel. Pleasant and surprisingly strong with a clean bittersweet aftertaste.

Winter Warmer

(Raisin/ fig, sweet, caramel maltyness, roasted, creamy smooth)

The Snowfall has an exciting malt variety which gives it much of its very unique character in flavor and aroma. Toasted raisin and fig fruitiness combine with the subdued grainy sweetness of crystal rye, and roasted barley bitterness. Golden naked crystal oat malt add depth and complexity for a full bodied creamy smooth mouthfeel. At 7.5% abv this winter warmer is sure to keep you cozy on a cold snowy winters day.

Belgian Tripel

The Flying Could Tripel is a Belgian Style Tripel that gets almost all its character from a Trappist Style yeast. Tropical fruity-ester flavors of papaya, guava, and banana burst through and carry the flavor profile strong and steady throughout. Hints of herbal spicyness imparted by the hops and a solid malty base add complexity to the bold fruity estery sweetness.
